I’m a personal trainer in the northern suburbs.

I have been in the fitness Industry for many years, full time for 16 years and part time many years before that.  I have worked for YMCA, Fernwood, Springthorpe Country Club, sporting clubs, schools, clients home gyms and for myself.

In that time I have been personal training, writing programs ( for gyms, home gyms, rehabilitation) running boot camps, classes, boxing classes for year 9 and 10 students for schools, group training for football and basketball clubs, Pilates, school holiday programs… and so much more. I enjoy helping people become the best they can be.

I specialise in weight loss, body shaping, building strength and muscle, living clean and getting the most out of life for my clients.

I take pride in keeping up to date on the latest methods.
