I’m 4 days off finishing maintenance…only 0.1 up from end of step 2. I have a lost a total of 10.4kgs!! There has been some battles. It took me 2wks to work out almonds don’t agree with me personally once on maintenance. Digestion & weight gain became an issue b/c of these little crazy nuts but through maintenance & the amazing help of Tanya Regan we worked out where I was gaining.
I worked out if I don’t eat enough clean food…I will GAIN!! I have had the odd sat night off but learnt to eat clean in and around that and you can keep it off. I love this program & will never return back to how I was feeling. I had adrenal fatigue & suddenly gained 8kgs from cortisol hormone caused by stress. I felt depressed, fatigued, unhappy & no matter how healthy I ate & how much exercise I did nothing changed. This program has changed my life & my kids lives. I’m currently weighing 60.4 and will attempt another round to get the last 2-3kgs off that I’m striving for. My weight prior to my kids hovered around 64kgs to be well under this with them now aged 11 & 9 makes me feel on top of the world. It got out to 70.8 in March this year but more so my girls have learnt so many lessons that we need to eat food but the right food!!!

Today I reached my goal of 10 kilos. I finished maintenance 3 weeks ago. 

There is such a positive and encouraging  focus on weight loss results through Team Detox! But the health benefits are also wonderful! After 5 years of taking daily thyroid supplements for Hashimotto’s Disease – my results are now normal and daily medication is no longer required! The disease seems to have disappeared or is dormant!
